All Storm Car Covers are supplied with a standard warranty against manufacturing defects or faulty materials. Storm damage (force majeure) and accidental damage however is not covered.
At Storm Car Covers we understand that household and motor insurers may be reluctant to reimburse you for damage sustained to car and motorcycle covers caused accidentally or through severe weather. Consequently we now offer an enhanced warranty ourselves
The enhanced warranty gives you additional protection from unforeseen damage or accidents. It both compliments and augments the standard manufacturers warranty. If your cover is damaged through severe weather, accidental damage, pet or wildlife and the cover stops functioning as it was originally designed to, you will be entitled to a repair or replacement.
This is not an insurance policy – theft/vandalism, natural disaster & flood damage are excluded.
You can purchase an enhanced warranty plan for up to 14 days from your cover purchase date.

Before shipping, all ordered items will be thoroughly examined. Most orders today are shipped in 48 hours. The delivery estimate is between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
Due to the multiple parties involved such as the factory and the warehouse, we're unable to fully manage stock. So the actual stock may change at any time. Be aware that your order will run out of stocks once you've placed your order.
Our policy lasts 30 days. We are unable to exchange or refund your order after 30 days since you purchased it.
In order for your item to be considered eligible for return it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the same state as you received it in. It should also be returned in its original packaging.
